Your Sig5 subscription constitutes a software API license. You are paying for access to a webhook signal routing system — a software tool that forwards JSON payloads to a URL you configure. This is not a managed account service, fund, investment club, or advisory relationship of any kind.
Sig5 does not access, control, manage, or interact with your trading account at any time. The webhook URL you provide is the sole point of integration. What happens at that URL — and on your account — is entirely your responsibility.
The license is non-transferable, single-user, and may not be resold or shared.
Nothing provided by Sig5 — including signals, performance data, win probabilities, ML scores, commentary, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Sig5 is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), commodity trading advisor (CTA), broker-dealer, or financial institution. We are not regulated by the SEC, CFTC, FCA, ASIC, or any other financial regulatory body.
All signals are generated by an automated rule-based system. They are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using this software.
Sig5 is designed and intended exclusively for use with simulated prop firm evaluation accounts (such as FTMO, The5ers, Lark Funding, and similar platforms). These accounts use simulated capital and do not involve real regulated brokerage funds.

By subscribing you confirm that your use of Sig5 is limited to simulated prop firm evaluation accounts or personal trading accounts where you are the sole beneficial owner and bear sole responsibility for compliance.
CFD (Contract for Difference) and certain derivative instruments are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions, including for retail traders in the United States. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Sig5 and the instruments traded are lawful in your jurisdiction.
Sig5 makes no representation that its service is appropriate or legal in your country of residence. By subscribing you acknowledge that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sig5, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:
Past performance on simulated accounts is not indicative of future results. Strategy performance can and will vary. Drawdown periods are expected and do not constitute grounds for refunds or claims.
In no event shall Sig5's aggregate liability to you exceed the total subscription fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Sig5 routes signals to the webhook URL you provide on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee:
You are responsible for ensuring your webhook endpoint is valid, active, and correctly configured to receive and act on Sig5 signal payloads. Sig5 is not responsible for failures arising from invalid webhook URLs, expired credentials, or misconfigured execution tools on your end.
Signal delivery logs are available in your dashboard. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery status and notify us of persistent failures.
Sig5 subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
Sig5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you:
Upon termination, your webhook will be deactivated and signal delivery will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
